I payed alot to have my nephew's birthday gift arrive by a certain date, only to be told by email that the gift was being delivered after his birthday. Never use this company. They do not deliver as one requested. In conversation with them all I got was I am sorry but it is out of our hands and they blamed the carrier. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Very poor customer service
I purchased a tin for my dad's birthday, estimated arrival dates were 6/5-6/10/2020, as of today he still hasn't received it! I will never order from there again.

I placed ONE order on 3/19 (Order No. W*******3314). I was charged $24.98 for Fedex shipping which I did not ask for as I did not specify a delivery date and the order should have been shipped ground for no more than $16.99 per your shipping info attached. I spoke to your customer service reps today (which were pleasant and helpful and none of this is their fault) who informed me that my ONE order was divided into two shipments and I was charged a shipping fee for each shipment which is not mentioned on your website. I am not satisifed with my order or service and per your smile gurantee I should have some sort of reasonable remedy to cure my experience with your company. I was looking for at the least you refund me the additonal shipping amount of $8.99 for the separate shipment; that was not offered to me. Instead I was offered a $20.00 gift certificate for a future order. Why would I order with you all again if I'm an unsatisfied customer? Your shipping infomration is fradulent as it does not specify a separate shipping fee for separate deliveries (unless you choose 2 day shipping which I did not) and your smile guarantee is non-existent as if you don't like the product you don't offer the option of a refund you only offer a gift certificate to order more of the unsatifisfactory product. There is no beneift to the customer in purchasing items from you if you're unsatified with your purchase. The only entity that benefits is Popcorn Factory. I am over Events planning for my organization and was hoping to establish an existing relationship with Popcorn Factory for future events. I won't be purchasing anything from you in the future as I really feel like I was duped and basically told "Oh well there's nothing we can do but offer you a gift certificate." That's not good business practices; good customer service and again because you do not notify the buyer of the separate shipping costs in advance of order that is fradulent bait and switch practices. I am an unhappy customer and will let everyone I know of your fradulent business practices that could have easily been remedied by refunding my additional shipping and updating your website to include informaiton regarding charging fees for separate shipping. I have attached a copy of your shipping information, Smile Guarantee and My order receipt for your reference. Again, your customer service reps were very helpful and so my problem is not with them (they were just doing their job) my problem is with The Popcorn Factory.
I placed an order at the popcorn factory and it was delivered to the wrong address. I placed the order on the phone on 3/8/21 and realized the order would arrive after 3/15 so I asked the representative to change the address. I received the email confirmations showing the wrong and correct address. The order still went to the wrong address I called and they are shipping me an overnight order that will arrive in 3 days. OVERNIGHT EXPIDITED in 3 days. The order will arrive a day after I need it for a gift. Not happy. This is my second order and I am disappointed. Will not order again.
This fiasco on a recent order has absolutely been my worst in many years. I placed order for St. Valentines Day on Feb 8 and was never shipped, just a label made the 9th. I eventually called you people not just once but twice and got a run around blaming the weather and fedex the first time. The second time I called again you blamed fedex but refunded my shipped cost,. Gift still not received. So I called fedex today and the gentleman told me you created the label but was never sent off to them period! So I called you again. The lady today said she will print a new label and expedite the order and send it today for free of charge. She said it will arrive by the Feb 24th But I will believe that when I hear from my friend. To say I am mad is a complete understatement. I have no desire to ever do business with The Popcorn Factory again period and will most certainly tell all of my friends about this experience. That is all I have to say.
In October I ordered a 12 month popcorn subscription as a Christmas gift, which was confirmed by the company and assigned an order number. The subscription was to start in December 2020, which I paid for at the time of the order, but nothing was delivered. I contacted the company on January 11,2021 and was told the December order was cancelled (without my knowledge) but was assured the deliveries would restart in January. On January 29, after no delivery was made again, I contacted the company and was first told January's flavor was out but they'd substitute another flavor. They soon emailed again to say that they couldn't do the sub because the order was cancelled, again without my knowledge. I told them to forget the whole thing and ordered a gift from a reputable company. I still have never received a refund of the first payment, but they are blaming it on my bank! Don't buy anything from this company if you value your money and your sanity.
I ordered popcorn as a gift for our son's family. I was told it would be delivered before Christmas and given a delivery date of December 22nd. The popcorn did not arrive by Christmas and I contacted customer service. First I was told that FedEx had lost the shipment and then I was told that it was actually still in transit. As of today, December 30th it has still not arrived. I emailed customer service again and asked that they send a replacement or refund my money. They did not offer to do either one. They just said they were sorry and thanked me for my feedback! I will never order from them again.
I ordered two $60 tins on December 7th, more than enough time for Christmas delivery. Except of course if they do not leave the factory until December 21st. No contact, no nothing from the Popcorn Factory, so I didn't even know to apologize to people who are very important to me. Expected delivery is January 5th. I ordered another $60 tin on December 15th with a promise of December 24th delivery. It has an expected delivery date of January 9th, a little early for MLK Day. Plus, we were double charged for "free" shipping. This used to a trustworthy, reputable company, but the $20 gift certificate towards my next purchase as their apology will not be needed as we will never deal with these people again.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC 3,2020 AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ENTIRE ORDER. WHEN TRYING TO TRACK MY ORDER THROUGH THE COMPANY, I'M WAS CONNECTED TO SOMEONE WHO WAS TRAINED TO SAY, LIKE A ROBOT: "WE WILL SEND A "FREE GIFT TO YOU AT NO CHARGE" WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER TO BE COMPLETED". IF THE GIFT IS FREE, WHY IS THERE A CHARGE OF $72 ON MY CREDIT CARD! WHO THE HELL EATS $72 WORTH OF POPCORN!? NOW, NOT ONLY DO I STILL NOT HAVE MY COMPLETE ORIGINAL ORDER, BUT NOW I'M FIGHTING A FRAUDULENT CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO STEALS YOUR MONEY.

THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR OF ORDERING OVER $1000 IN ORDERS FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. FROM THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE ORDER THIS YEAR IT HAS BEEN A SERIES OF MISTAKES AND ISSUES INCLUDING THE ATTITUDE OF TAKING THE CUSTOMER FOR GRANTED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RESPONSE OVER THE PHONE TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. THEY NEVER MADE THREE OF THE ORDERS AND HAVE LIED ABOUT THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR OVER A WEEK FINALLY JUST TRYING TO REFUND THE MONEY. OBVIOUSLY TO HELL WITH MY RECIPIENTS. THIS IS A COMPANY TO BEWARE OF AND NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON PAINFULLY REMEMBER THIS IS PART OF THE HUGE 1-800 FLOWERS WHICH HAS THE SAME TYPE OF POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE. HIRE NOTHING BUT POOR CHINESE PEOPLE IN CHINA WHO REALLY CANT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND ARE NOT AT ALL COMPETITENT BUT FOR 1-800 FLOWERS THEY ARE CHEAP. PLEASE DONT ORDER AND HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS WHICH IS WHAT THEY DESERVE.
If you are trying to get a hold of anyone from the popcorn factory good luck. I have called several times only to get someone from the Philippines who can hardly speak English. I've been trying to find out a date on which the popcorn will be delivered. I've had no such luck. I wish there was a way I could just cancel this order but unfortunately no one in the United States answers the phone. I don't recommend buying from this company. It will be my last time. If I could give less than one star I would.
Bought goodies for warehouse team. Paid for expedited shipping. Product never showed. I had to call them and try to find out why fedex didnt deliver. They said the goodies were "refused". The person called me asking where the goods were and said he didnt refuse anything. At this point they are sitting in a warehouse not far from destination. 3 dropped customer phone calls later we are calling it a loss and demanding a refund. I will never use this company again due to horrific customer service.
They have great pictures of overflowing tins of popcorn and you get a flimsy tin filled with meager bags of popcorn. How do you present this to your guests. Total misrep of product. We also ordered the popcorn with the chocolate snacks and got the same bags, the size of small doritos bags with two little plastic bags with some chocolate snacks in them. The popcorn and the measly sweet snacks taste good but the overall package is so lame. And I sent this to my best clients and family and friends hoping for a great big thanks and they will all look at this tin and the bags of stuff and say WTF!
After four attempts to customer service and being promised a full credit,

Appeared to make a good product. I was not aware of the false advertising regarding promised delivery dates.
